HORRIBLE STORE AND SEEVICE.
Seems a lot of folks today think that Pets are on the same level as humans, I think it's sickening that people sleep with their dogs on top of the bed!
And I often wonder, they are probably rude because of everybody bitching about how they keep their livestock and pets… Maybe you People should stop judging, and learn to keep your mouth shut…
I went the other day to buy duckling and food for my chickens and the owners are so damn rude they don't deserve to have this buisness awful ppl hope they get shut down the place smells they dotn take care of the chickens so sad
Good pellets, good feed, good people. Not for the wedge heel crowd or the impatient.
I went up to the front desk and a woman asked if they could help me. I nicely asked if they could give the poor kitten a blanket r something to lay on and get off the wire a little. They dropped what they were doing and looked at me like I had 10 heads... they laughed and said he's fine and doesn't need anything. That he can get stuff when he goes home. Apparently someone "won" him in a raffle that they do. That was a week ago and he's still there. I offered to take him and the rule was you had to buy $50 worth of supplies. Whatever. They still wouldn't let me buy just him. They were extremely, extremely rude to me. It takes a lot for me to say something too and they shot me down immediately. I asked once he's gone do they just put another one in that cage. The man replied with "yep, or a rabbit". I think I'm going to get that place inspected and know exactly who to go to.
And one last thing, try and remember while you're walking your dog, not everybody wants that animal jumping on them, or running up to them without a leash… Have a little consideration for other people on the trails… Often times it will save your dog a kick to the face!
But I don't think there was anything wrong with the way the animals are kept.
Well, it seems to be a common observation among customers, for obvious reasons….The staff is extremely rude.
I'm an animal lover and love going to pet and feed stores as they all carry different supplies. While in Pembroke today I found what I thought was a cool feed store. I went in and looked around. I found this kitten in the corner in a metal ferret/chinchilla cage with small levels and a wire floor. His cage was dirty as was the water bowl.
I went there a few months back to get soil for a plant I knew nothing about but picked up at IKEA. The lady working was actually really helpful. She helped me pick the right soil and pot I would need to transfer the plant into. I don't see why everyone says they are rude. Maybe I just caught her on a good day.
