Great, steep discounts on ski/snowboards and equipment. Would highly recommend this store to snow-sports enthusiasts on a budget.
Poor customer service. Went in to look for a helmet and get my board tuned. Did not have my size in stock, yet tried to get me to buy something too small. I then went over to the board maintenance section of the store. I stood there while 2 male employees were in deep conversation about who got drunk at the party last night while one was on the phone and the other was setting up some skis. I stood there for a couple minutes until I finally had to interrupt their conversation and ask for help. Guy acted like I was interrupting his break or something and gave me attitude so I left.
Great staff. Purchased an outdoor lounge seat. Love it
Terrible customer experience. Nigel rushed us through a $700 ski purchase, only speaking in haiku to my husband. I did not have any say, nor was I able to touch or see anything I purchased. Then he botched the bindings. But he did give us $20! Cannot tell you how mad I am right now.
over priced bad craftsmanship got a couple boards tuned terrible job boards were returned bad sharpening bad waxing and u would think for the price they would atleast give the boards a quick wipe down
