King Collision was very helpful in keeping me informed of the progress on my car. Pam & Trish were so pleasant and helped me with whatever I needed to know. I received pictures daily on the progress of my car and what was taking place. Jim explained what was going to happen with my car since the insurance agency decided to total it as oppose to having it fixed. I have had service at King Collision Center more than once and am always pleased with their curteous service and once they are working on your car, the notices and support from King Collision start, pictures are taken of your car and sent to you and the repair of your automobile becomes fast and furious and it's all over. I'm extremely pleased with the service and support King employees give you!
Had a great experience a couple of years ago and went back even though they weren't a preferred shop by insurance co. They were on the list but not highlighted. Anyway, I was told that the work was going to be a little more than a week....then two weeks, now it is close to three weeks and still no date of when it will be completed. This was a small job...next time I will go somewhere else for sure.
I chose King Collision due to the reviews of others and their location. I was not disappointed. May car was fixed promptly with regular updates on it's progress. The staff was professional and courteous.
